Managers and leaders are constantly communicating - and constantly being analysed. By understanding more about their personal communication style and how communication theories can be practically applied, leaders can develop clearer communication and be better at reaching and being understood by their colleagues.
On Key’s training in Leadership Communication, participants learn, for example, how to design a communication plan, how to adapt their leadership communication and how to make sure their communication is clear.
