Smoothly implementing corporate goals

It is the daily work of corporate management to look at how they connect their decisions to the rest of the organisation. How do they communicate internally to their employees and externally to their customers? For an organisation to succeed, it is critical that process changes decided on the corporate level are quickly and clearly communicated down through the organsation. It is also vital that employees are trained to implement the changes. However, this is not always so easy. Corporate process shift is often met with suspicion, apathy or disregard by employees.

We at Key work on the corporate level to get an understanding of the strategic processes that need to be changed and/or implemented. We then design internal communication and training directed at implementing these corporate goals.

In one case, we worked to cascade a corporate decision to change the company’s bid process. This we did throughout the organisation via training and coaching work on bids that were sent to the customer. The result was a noticeable shift in employee mindset and a radical increase in number of bids that were won.

In another case, we worked with a large, multi-national, industrial company to implement our Value Proposition methodology throughout the product, marketing and sales divisions. The result was improved customer value awareness and improved business opportunities.
