About Key
Our goal is that our customers improve their communication skills. We have been helping them do this since 1979 and are leaders in Sweden within our field. Although based in Stockholm, we also deliver training in Gothenburg, Lund, Malmö and have run workshops in more than 20 countries around the world. With high customer-focus, lengthy experience and flexible capacity, we are able to offer our customers exactly what they need, where and when they need it, helping to ensure they fully achieve their learning goals.

In Sweden, we maintain a Swedish focus on the training or we can easily adapt it for those who require a more global or intercultural focus.

Our Staff
A staff of 20 people work with Key. Each staff member makes a significant contribution to the running of the company and is highly skilled in their particular area - be it administrative support, management, customer sales or designing and delivering training. This ensures that you receive service and trainers that are of the highest quality.

Key Management Team

The owners of Key - Lynn Gans and Neil Shipley – come from the USA and the UK respectively. Permanent residents in Sweden and with a background in training and business, Lynn and Neil work closely with the staff and the customers to provide quality training that achieves the desired results.

David Sitwell , from the UK , is Key’s Training Manager of Business English. If you need to improve your language skills, then contact Dave. With his wide knowledge of training, he’ll be able to find a solution that meets your particular needs.
