Since everybody can need to improve their communication, the work we provide is not bound to any one kind of company. Because of this, we have worked in a wide spread of business branches and on many levels. The projects we have run have helped companies to improve their productivity, their business relationships and their results.

 

Culture Project

At a large Swedish bank, we worked with the Baltic and Swedish Management team to help them gain insight and understanding into the cultural differences that were having a negative impact on their cooperation. The training carried out led to improved communication channels and a wider tolerance for the different drivers each country faced.

 

Communication Project

At a large engineering ccmpany, we worked with Technical Leaders to help them communicate more effectively in their remote teams. The programme focused on how to communicate virtually and how to lead colleagues who are not in the same location. As a result, participants were more confident and capable in their professional roles and in leading remote teams successfully.

 

Language Training Project

At a large pharmaceutical company, we have worked for over 15 years providing Professional Business English. The training is mostly on an individual coaching level thereby enabling employees to focus on the language they need to effectively do their work. The general level of English has drastically improved in the organisation and individuals feel more empowered in their international contacts with colleagues and customers.
