Key is the only training company in Sweden licensed to use the on-line cultural profiling tool known as the Argonaut. This tool gives the individual a picture of their own cultural tendencies in 12 areas of culture. These areas include, for example, attitudes to time, conflict, decision-making and power.

 

Once a cultural profile is created, individuals are able to compare themselves to an extensive database of information regarding other cultures. This shows them where they are similar, where they have differences and where potential problems can arise when working with other specific cultures. The Argonaut also provides them with strategies for overcoming these problems.

For teams working in a multi-cultural environment, the Argonaut provides a platform for improving team communication and cooperation. Comparing the team members with each other from a cultural perspective, enables us to see where the group could experience potential challenges and where they could focus their efforts to buid synergies in their work together.
